There is a book that comes out every year called "Photographer's Market Guide." There is also one called "Artist's Market Guide." Both will tell you of companies who buy images including greeting card companies. It will also give you the company's requirements for submissions. Each one has different requirements. You can probably find a copy of the book at the library.
How could I submit a set of my geeting cards to a greeting card company?
Bluelotus is wright, I used to advertise in "Photographer's Market Guide", it is a good source, even to look for your competitors.
