I'm looking for someplace I can purchase cards blind-embossed with custom artwork - that is, I'd send an Illustrator file, and they'd do the blind-embossing.

i have no clue what blind embossing is but start with local print shops and wedding places that send off to have invitations done, they might be able to tell you who does their invitations.
Reply:1) Die costs can be expensive depending on the intricacies of the die. The least expensive way to make a die for embossing is using a magnesium based material.
