What do you call the little electronic players in greeting cards and stuffed toys?
Music buttons, sound chips, musical movements- any of those names are correct. Most stores online will carry a selection of general tunes, but if you need a custom tune, you will probably have to find a manufacturer in the wholesale business section. I do know they run quite a bit, and you will have to buy a huge amount for custom jobs.
