I want to print my own designed greeting cards. What printer should i use and how thick is the paper?

I usually print from the HP 2410 photosmart but then the result is not so good. The colour doesnt really come out. Thus, do i use the wrong printer? And for the paper, which type of paper would be best to use and what is average weigh?

hi there, I went thru the same, I thought it was my printer, but I was very wrong, all you need is to use the right paper for "Greeting Cards" and works perfect, the colours are very good, I bought some paper at Staples Business Depot.

good luck!
Reply:I use a light card stock...about 80#. Make sure your printer is rated for thicker paper.

Dollar Tree (or whatever your dollar store is) has card paper for $ to try out your luck.
